Councillor Donald Kelly left the meeting at this point. Having noted the absence of Councillor Kelly, the Committee Manager advised that the Campbeltown Good Fund meeting was inquorate and as such was a consultation meeting. The Committee Manager further advised the remaining Ward 1 members that following a decision made by the Council at the meeting on Thursday 25 June 2015, a delegation had been given by the Executive Director of Customer ߣsirÊÓƵ (or his representative) to determine applications in consultation with Ward 1 members, and the decision recorded is on that basis. |

Minutes: Members gave consideration to an application from Campbeltown Community Council for funding to assist with the provision of inclusive play equipment at Jock’s Boat Playpark, Campbeltown. Decision The Campbeltown Common Good Fund agreed to award Campbeltown Community Council £2,500.00. |

Any Other Competent Business Minutes: The Committee Manager advised that the contract for provision of accountancy services for the Fund was due for renewal, noting that there was a clause in the current contract which gives the option to extend the contract for one additional year. The current contract provides for services to both the Campbeltown and Oban Common Good Funds. The Members agreed with the principle of utilising the contract extension provision with the tender being issued in 2022, subject to this being agreed by the Trustees of the Oban Common Good Fund. |
