What information do we need?

The information will however include details such as your name, address and e-mail address and personal mobile telephone number and/or personal home telephone number.
Why we need this information?
We need to know this basic personal data to carry out one of the activities listed in the table below. If you do not provide this information then we will be unable to carry out these activities. We will not collect any personal data from you that isn’t needed for delivery of those activities. The table also list information on the legal basis for collecting the information.
The lawful basis for collecting your information in the circumstances listed below is that the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller, or for the performance of a contract.

We will usually keep your information for a minimum of the number of years outlined in the retention period column in the table below for each service, after this period it will be destroyed under secure arrangements if it is no longer required for the lawful purpose for which it was obtained.
