Customer Service Points
Service Points are open to walk in customers in the mornings (except for Tiree), however customers can also make an appointment to speak to a Registrar or Service Point Agent in private in the afternoon by using our online forms below, or by calling 01546605521 and choosing the option for their local Service Point, for all service points except Tiree, Jura and Colonsay.
Only cashless card payments can be made at Service Points, which no longer have cash handling facilities. Cash payments can be made at local Paypoints and Post Offices.
